Our Services

Housing Law

We can advise and represent on most legal issues including possession claims, evictions, rent arrears, homelessness matters if you qualify for Legal Aid, and unprotected deposits.  For those who do not qualify we offer low not-for-profit rates.

Family Law

We only provide advice and representation for fee paying clients at not-for-profit rates on Children Act matters.
Unfortunately, we do not have a Legal Aid contract for Family Law.

Employment Law

We can represent you in unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, all types of discrimination and unlawful deduction of wages claims.  If you live in West London and are on a low income, we may be able to assist you free of charge.  If you do not meet this criteria, we can offer low not-for-profit rates.

Immigration Law

We provide IAA Level 3 Immigration Advice and Casework services in all areas to migrants, refugees and asylum seekers.
We offer low not-for-profit rates.

Employment Rights Service

Advice on all employment law matters for employees and workers appointments available for residents of Hounslow & High Wycombe now.

HOUSING

THE LAW IS CHANGING FROM 1 MAY 2026.

The Renters’ Rights Act

The Renters’ Rights Act will change eviction rights for most private tenants with an assured shorthold tenancy (AST).

Your tenancy rights remain the same for now. You can still be evicted with a valid section 21 notice.

Your landlord cannot give you a Section 21 notice from 1 May 2026.

This means most no fault evictions will end. Instead, private landlords will need grounds for possession to evict you.

Proudly in pursuit of social justice for almost half a century.
